NEIGHBORLY SQUARE POOL The intimate Neighborly Square Pool features a shallow, 3-foot-deep pool separated from a larger pool by a walkway. Pergolas and fluttering palms shade lounge chairs while fountains bubble in pool waters. Details like Cinnamon Shore umbrella shapes punched into the complex fencing make it a signature space. With hammocks and fire pit rounding out the
scene, this pool has a B.Y.O.B. policy and allows coolers, with a few tables and chairs for snack time. At sunset hour, cotton- candy clouds back the homes just beyond this smaller pool complex for a serene way to end a day, especially for those who walk over from nearby residences.

THREE CORNERS EAST & WEST LAWNS These new green spaces bisected by Serendipity Street contribute to many communal spaces that give this busy coastal community room to breathe. The master plan for “South” includes friendly, open places where people can throw a frisbee, have a picnic, or meet new friends. The two lawns fronting Teakwood Drive are now available for all of the above. Fenced-in and full of pet- friendly obstacles that challenge and delight, our newest dog park joins the Dune Dogs Playground at “North” as further evidence that Cinnamon Shore loves your pets! The new dog park at “South” offers a great destination for dog- walkers and a fun alternative to walking dogs on the sandy shore.
